The gigantic roll has a circumference of 2.16 m, which is the same as 45,000 regular sushi rolls. 907 kilograms of sushi rice, 226 kg of cucumber, 226 kg of salmon graded for sushi, hundreds of sheets of nori, and sesame seeds were used to create the record-breaking feast. The sushi roll was given to homeless shelters after being officially recognized as a Guinness World Record.
