Number 3 – Biggest Pumpkin Pie
Whether you enjoy pumpkin pie or not, you might be surprised to learn that on September 25, 2010, a history of pumpkin pie was created in Ohio. The World’s Largest Pumpkin Pie was made on this day in New Bremen by dozens of professionally trained chefs working with the New Bremen Giant Pumpkin Growers. The event was attended by more than 5,000 people.
The circumference of the pie was around the whopping size of 20 feet and it weighed around 1678 Kg. The gigantic pie, which yielded 5,000 servings, contained a remarkable 187 pumpkin cans in addition to more than 2400 eggs, over 100 gallons of condensed milk, and 525 pounds of sugar.
