Number 2 – Longest Spring Roll
Chinese cuisine known as spring rolls consists of a little pastry roll stuffed with veggies and occasionally meat that is then cooked. On 5th June 2014, Vietnam made a world record by creating the longest-ever spring roll in the world. On Da Nang beach, this achievement was accomplished with the help of APOT or Asia Pacific Onboard Travel.
More than 600 people expressed their enthusiasm for creating history by achieving this feat. The spring roll measured 500 meters and also weighed around 500 kg. It was prepared with a whopping amount of 250 kg chicken and prawn, 50 kg of rice paper, 200 kg of rice vermicelli along with mint leaves and escarole lettuce.
