White squirrels, also known as Albino squirrels are found in eastern, midwestern parts of the USA and eastern regions of Canada. However, these little adorable squirrels are found in small numbers in several geographically distant places all around the country.
Several distinct sorts of genetic disorders cause the white coats of these squirrels. Either albinism or the white morph gene can cause light color, which makes them very rare to find.
White squirrels are referred to be “Scatter-hoarder” animals. They collect a lot of food in the summer and store it for the upcoming seasons. These little animals usually devour nuts, buds, and flowers.
