Number 6 – Deer
Deers are undoubtedly one of the cutest animals in the world. Except for Australia and Antarctica, practically the whole planet is home to these sweet four-legged creatures. Variations in size can be seen among deer species.
The smallest deer species are Southern Pudu which weighs around only 9 kgs and the largest species is moose which weighs around 825 kgs. The only species that doesn’t lose its antlers is the Chinese water deer since it doesn’t have any. Instead, it utilizes its exceptionally large canine teeth to entice partners.
As we all know, deers are herbivorous, so they eat only veggies, grass, small shrubs and leaves. Deers are very social and they like to live and move in herds. Although some animals have herds that are divided according to sex, the herd is frequently headed by a dominant male.
